Replace CfAPI-generated content #39

All calls to the the CfAPI (including the issue finders widgets and project listings) are now returning 404 errors from the new codeforamerica.org website. I'm not sure if this is a temporary issue while they apparently transition to a new system, but this leads be to believe that we may be better off pulling this information directly from the GitHub API.

@ondrae put in a PR #40 replacing the codeforamerica.org api link with the direct heroku link, so the Projects page is now loading again. 🎉
