Adding basic Google Analytics code. #46

Consider adding Google Tag Manager if more analytics would be helpful.

For some reason, the change to the Gemfile is not being included in this PR, even though it's in the branch. the deploy preview works fine, though, so I'm going to merge.

Hrm. Master is all up to date with the changes, but site builds are not reflecting this. I'll have to take another look later.
