List of city zoning boundary locations #20

We need to gather the locations for residential zoning boundaries for cities and unincorporated county to join to the zoning data research for keeping chickens, bees, and agriculture.

Daly City and Pacifica need to be contacted directly because their sites don't have very useful info. Keeping this issue open for those two cities.

Zoning information for Daly City and Pacifica added in their respective directories
