For Hisense 65M5010UWT v0000 with Glossy VA panel it have the below serious bugs and issues:

  1. HDR functionality: The TV is not recognised by windows 10(when connected to a laptop running on W10) as supporting HDR streaming. Also HDR option is not showing at all at the picture modes(normally in the HDR TVs it will be showing there but not active till TV plays HDR content). If the TV is broadcasting HDR content from Netflix or Xbox or any other source no recognition or indication from the TV that it is operating under HDR mode. Although the older model of same series M3000 is showing HDR mode in picture modes(also in other Hisense HDR TVs there are other HDR modes support like HDR modes like HDR Dynamic/ HDR Game/ HDR Day/ HDR Night.
  2. Ultra Smooth Motion cutomization: The 65M5010UWT suffer from serious blur and flickering issue. This cause stutter in fast motiin seens like football matches and action movie content. The TV just have Clear/Smooth modes. No option to manually customise the Blur Reduction and Judder Reduation as in the older model of the same series M3000. Even M3000 has extra modes Film and Standard modes in addition Clear and Smooth modes.
  3. MPEG Noise Reduction is missing: No option in 65M5010UW to manage the MPEG Noise although this functionality exist in the older model of the same series M3000.
  4. Customizing Red Color level in the Warm picture mode: When activating Warm Color temperature in 65M5010UWT the TV oversaturate the RED color so it is required to have an option under Warm color temerature to control the level of RED color.
  5. Edge bleeding: When increasing the brightness(not the Backlight) both sides of the screen are bleeding more light than the rest of the screen(as if it is edgelit not a direct backlit) this is confusing while watching dark seens, the whole screen will be dimmed but both sides have more brightenss blooming.
  6. The built in Media player is not playing any media larger than 4GB whether it is MP4 or any other media formate. Moreover, the media player of the TV is unable to play UHD content.
  7. When playing and media through the USB port the built in media player looks outdated as it quality of the picture will be very poor in compared to other TVs, whether is it HD or SD.
  8. The sharpeness and crispness needs more tunning to give sharper details as standard (25) level is very cloudy and showes wiped edges. When sharpness increased to 32 picture will be sharper but more grainy. So fine tunning is requied.
  9. Depth in picture is showing pooer level especially in HD content. Whether olaying media through USB port or oline content or TV broadcast the picture depth is very poor. This is clearly obvious because the panel is glossy VA however the picture is not crystal clear.
  10. Contrast profile: The 65M5010UWT needs updated contrast setting. Although it has VA panel however serious complaint that users have to increae contrast level from 50 to 80/85 to get acceptable picture quality although increasing contrast will lead to some color crashes.
  11. 65M5010UWT suffers from freezing when it failed to connect while screen mirrioring through AnyView Cast. When the connection get failed between the TV and the mobile the TV freezes and stop responding to power-off. The only way to stop the freeze is removing the power cord.
  12. App thumbnail: When adding any App from Opera Store(built-in App store of the TV) to the TV App menu , the added App will be included in the menu however no icon thumbnail will be showing(you have to move the arrow from the remote right and left to find the App)

All these issues have been experienced on two TVs with below serials: 3TE65F17420401 GFC290029 3TE65F17420401 GFC290028
