Kariba SDK interface #19

We don't need to fill it in yet, but it'd be nice to flesh out what the developer SDK interface would look like

At ETHGlobal, we got this started, there were 2 versions that @Jabolol worked on

  1. https://github.com/opensource-observer/ethglobal-sf-2024/tree/main/packages/sdk
  2. https://github.com/opensource-observer/kariba/pull/29

(1) Was what we ended up using, deploying Splits (2) Is a partial exploration of what a Drips SDK would look like. Unfortunately Drips deprecated their own SDK, so it will take time and cooperation to get a Drips SDK working again

Going to close out this as initial exploration, will file follow-on issues post hackathon
