What is it?

A few small changes to improve the UI until we unblock some things:

apply toLocaleString to all numeric values in the metrics table
hide the side bar / project search (as we await better sort from Algolia)
hide the network toggle option (distracting for off-chain projects)
wrap the timeseries metrics in a collapsible
add warning that timeseries metrics are in development
set artifact view to collapsed by default
