Manual metrics load

What is it?

This is a todo list for the manual metrics load.

• [x] Start sqlmesh pod (I have a script locally for this now)
• [x] Run the run-metrics.sh script
• [x] Run sqlmesh
• [x] Write an export skip for the duckdb tables to gcs
• [ ] Load into clickhouse (handed off to @ryscheng)
