Get ENS data to populate OSO users

Related to https://github.com/opensource-observer/oso/issues/998

We should use ENS as the initial seed of Users. This way we're just crawling an existing public linking of accounts.

Describe the solution you'd like

Goldsky I think has an ENS feed

Describe alternatives you've considered

• We might be able to just start with Ethereum traces and go from there
• We could index the ENS subgraph
