Addition of contract for zkCross Network. This contract is the proxy for the swap and bridge between EVM and non-evm chains. The transactions go through these address and these are deployed on Ethereum, BSC and Polygon chains.

@Dev-zkCross couple issues:

Can you change the tag from contracts => contract
The name has to exact match the filename, please stick to lower case.
