change tags to be OLI compliant #462

Hi OSO Team,

I made a simple script to convert all tags in the projects directory to be OLI compliant. How hard would it be to make this change on your backend? OLI is gaining traction with big data teams adopting it, would be a benefit to the whole space if we can make this change here.

Cool! We definitely want to be more aligned with OLI, but this probably warrants a longer meeting. If we change the schema in oss-directory, we'll break all of the data pipelines in OSO downstream from it. These metrics power retro funding, and other websites that have integrated with our API for metrics.

This might take some refactoring, let's figure out a good course of action that can be more incremental? let's follow up in a group chat
