Update the vocabulary / Lexicon #13

Hi there,

First of all, thanks for the amazing open sourced project. I would like to update the vocabulary or Lexicon with domain specific terms and people's names. Do you perhaps have any help on how to do this?

I see this is still open, I can't answer this myself but I'm poking @ltenbosch and @HenkvdHeuvel who will know more about it.
