There seems to be a memory leak somewhere #62

When running BIMserver for a long time and only downloading models from it (using BIMsurfer) memory seems to keep increasing forever. Could be oke, but needs investigation.

Did some testing, downloaded a project a couple of hundred times, total VM memory was stable at 4GB on a 10GB max JVM (so it's not even using 50% of that for BDB caching).
