BIM Viewer not displaying all the ifc elements #212

I added the attached IFC file to to the BIM Surfer but the roof is missing from the view, the same file does display in Solibre correctly, screens and IFC files attached in ZIP file

As far as I can see at the moment, this is an IfcOpenShell issue. I have created a small example file that illustrates the problem (not the roof, but it's similar) (https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/issues/236).
