As asked/stated here on the BIMSurfer project: https://github.com/opensourceBIM/BIMsurfer/issues/112 It should be possible to multi-select objects.

One can ofcourse make the rest of the building half-visible and the selected one fully, but that's all hand work and time consuming.

So hopefully one can make this work or tell me how I could make this work :).
