File 374.pdb is duplicated and and file 378.pdb is missing #82

Hello,

It seems that the files 374.pdb and 378.pdb on https://github.com/opensourceantibiotics/murligase/tree/master/docs/pdbs_forNGL/MurD are identical (up to the timestamp in the third line). It seems that both of them show fragment 374, while fragment 378 is missing.

Could you upload 378.pdb? Thank you!

Hi @mgarort - @jhjensen2 raised this here, and I think @drc007 then provided a better link. However, now that two people have raised this problem independently I wonder if we could fix the offending file? What needs to be put where?
