Screens Sizing PER computer #323

although resizing has been added, it is a manual process. Each screen should know to run at a particular size on a given computer, well as an option at least.

For example, if I have a low rez tablet that all the screens are too big for, I want them to resize for me on load.

Added properties to the GUI CLIENT object type to use global settings and a property for 3 settings Height/Width/Show Frame.

So now you can force any screen of any resolution to Full Screen/Frameless to fit any device and always be full screen even as you switch between screens of different sizes.
