Autonaming on image imports #332

When adding an image from screens, it picks a name based on the file and does not let you change it, which is probably ok.

The webUI does not start you off with a default name. I don't think clicking on an existing image will populate the name box, but it would help too if that is the case.

Added the JavaScript to pull in the file name and stript out the path and extension
