The response to I am Object runs the script twice.

Also, set Speaking to FALSE on startup of the speech plugin.

Found the duplicate in VR. If "This is OBJECT" was detected, it ran special code, but then still dropped down into the normal recognition. I made it exit the routine if that statement is found.

Speech's Speaking property is now set to false at the end of loading the plugin.
