Remove gh-pages branch

Hmm, no. Why do you want to remove it?

On master we need to have either

• the static contents at root
• in doc folder

And neither are OOB supported by Hugo, which works on public folder.

So to recap deploy.sh script uses master to generate the site, and pushes public/* to gh-pages. I would suggest we leave it as is.
