I know, it's in 2 days. But maybe there's some interest in doing something bigger for next year? I was thinking something around gaming would be a good idea. Maybe a lan could be setup and people could sit and play their favorite games under linux. Or a vr demonstration, considering how far it's come in the last year? Anyway, a big city like ours, ought to show some love for open source. Totally down to help organize something for next year as long as I"m not the only one who see's some value here.

and not just gaming. it's just the one thing that I think was holding many back from switching, so it's probably the best demonstation. But all sorts of things could be showcased. Business software, graphics, 3d modeling, video editing. etc.
