In v0.1.0, there is no manual that explains how to use Open-COBOL-ESQL-4j. It is desirable that the manual is useful for Open-COBOL-ESQL users.

I plan to create documents with Sphinx since Sphinx provides mechanisms facilitating the translation of documents.
