Cannot build using berkley DB #17

Building gnucobol-osscons-patch with berkley DB fails.

rechecked with current develop + #36 + starting with "autogen.sh" to create the files needed - configure worked fine and otzher than the BDB build both all NIST and internal tests pass (VBISAM as configured in the current CI fails 3 and unexpectedly passes 1 test, which I personally don't mind as this should be solved after V-ISAM is out [which has an ETA of "likely end of this year")
