link FOSDEM track, comment out call for papers info #60

the call for paper info could have been left in as reference, since that link is also on FOSDEM.org. @jancborchardt what do you say?

@evalica call for papers is closed though, so it’s not relevant for this year anymore. Or what do you mean?

The CfP info will be again in the event for 2018, which we will create as soon as the track is accepted.
