Navbar Alignment issue #293

In the Job form page, The Navbar Alignment fix

Description: The Navbar is off the line with the entire page

Steps to reproduce Issue.

Switch to Mobile view
Go to Job's Form Page
Scroll toward the right

I would love to work upon this issue!

I tested this in my virtual mobile and also on my mobile and I do think there is a bug here about horizontal scroll happening on mobile devices but I don't believe it is when you reproduce the steps above.
