I wanted to make a PR on our own repo, it's why I closed it, I made this PR by error.

Anyway I might do a PR including this and fixes soon, it's a global route for GitHub event hooks to handle all type of events, with less output from the bot.

I still need to work on using a config file for github to be able to enable/disable each event and create a login to display name map if people want to map github login from their company to real name or such.
