What is MyIT CRM2?

MyIT CRM2 is a Customer Relationship Management Tool, written for the IT Community and businesses who repair computers. Whilst MyIT CRM2 is based around IT Repair businesses, it can easily be adapted to any business that needs to schedule and create Work Orders to carry out repairs.

MyITCRM2 Features (Current and Planned): * Customer Management, * Work Order (Service Request) Management, * Parts Ordering and Stock Control, * Supplier Management and Ordering Processes, * Detailed Invoicing, * Supported Payment Types: PayPal, Cheque, Direct Deposit, Cash/COD * Detailed Reporting.

wow, lot of stuff there.

interesting app, we'll take a look. what do you think about adding some design polish? some great cheap admin templates are available at themeforest and wrapbootstrap. I think it'd make using the app much more appealing

I will point out that this is a work on progress application. It is still in an alpha release stage. Funny you should point out the admin templates, I have re-watched railscasts twitterboot strap episodes and will look at changing over to that shortly. I also checked out the website above, nice. I will check them out in more detail. Makes that part of coding that much easier.

Not sure if it is. Its been a long time. You can however go to RapidTechSoft.com and try another one.

@mbajur - MyITCRM2 is still alive, however my development time has stalled. URL is now http://ruby2.myitcrm.com/ - I have updated OP.
