@adamdicarlo did a bunch of work towards this on the original version, as seen here... https://github.com/mpgeek/bedrock/blob/7.x-1.x/template.php ... and here... https://github.com/mpgeek/bedrock/tree/7.x-1.x/templates

We need to get this markup in place to satisfy the accessibility requirements. Let's be sure to "Aurora-fy" these additions.

I wonder if we should split this out into separate issues per template to make this more digestable?
