3rd level of budget data will not display #3

This appear to still be an issue for the IEEPP and currently blocks IEEPP from finishing the project. This very likely needs more explanation from Ivan and I have asked IEEPP to share the contact details so that we can sort this asap. Launch deadline for the site is November 14.
