How do councils spend their money? should link to list of councils page #56

Links "How do councils spend their money?" and "Council Budget" should link to a dedicated page with list of councils or map of councils.

Now links redirect to Tignere councils data. http://cameroon.openspending.org/en/council.html?name=Tignere#/~/total--2009-

Actually "How do councils spend their money?" could stay like this as the subtitle clearly indicates this redirect to Tignere's council.

The problem is when we are on a specific page (council, etc.), then the grey banner above provides links that redirect also to examples for region, councils, and transparency index. This is not really relevant to have this links here isn't it ? @anderspeders

Would suggest to remove links from specific pages and oblige user to go back to welcome page / map if he wants to browse another council or administrative level.
