Relates to #11 (datasets to import).

A screen showing datasets and their load status:

Need an "loader"
In progress - cleaning, reconciled, etc OS import (and dimensions)
Completed

FIXED. Site is looking pretty nice ;-) http://apps.openspending.org/dataprogress/

One remaining item would be (possibly) to:

[x] Move to progress.openspending.org (?)
[ ] Integrate with get involved process (under development - see #17)
