Upgrade to imglib 2.0.0 #1

There is an imminent huge breakage looming due to the "Big Upload" to the Fiji update site caused by all the ripples of the ImgLib2 release version 2.0.0 requiring a large number of Fiji components to be updated.

Unfortunately, this Big Upload does not include the SPIMAcquisition plugin because it is not part of the plugins shipped with Fiji by default, but this plugin is affected by the ImgLib2 release just the same.

This is an attempt to remedy that situation quickly, when it arrives.
