The progress bar displays different colors at different times

• For promotion period
  • progress bar background color: neutral200
  • in progress: neutral500
  • 100%: green500
• For demotion period
  • progress bar background color: neutral200
  • remainning >= half of period: green500
  • remainning >= 20d: orange500
  • remainning < 20d: red500
