Write up a full Register, Profile config to show how the widgets are used. #3146

Describe the Issue

The current documentation does not clearly show how the widgets are used. The task is to implement a full register and profile configs to show how all the current widgets are being used in FHIRCore.

@sharon2719 how are you going to integrate this into the existing docs? E.g. what page will it go in?

@pld This addition can be incorporated within the Register and Profile Configuration files housed within the Config Types directory. Additionally, it would be beneficial to explore potential locations where this feature could be seamlessly integrated.cc @dubdabasoduba
