App crashes if you try to launch it as a newly created user (if phone internet is off)

Describe the bug The app crashes if you create a new user on FHIR Web and log in with the newly assigned credentials if phone data/internet is off.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new user (either Bidan, Immunizer or Cadre) on FHIR Web
2. Turn off wifi on your test phone
3. Clear data on the app (Bidan/Immunizer/Cadre App)
4. Click on the app icon to start
5. Notice that the app crashes and does not launch if internet is off.

Expected behavior

• The app should launch and not crash even if phone internet/data is off. If a new user, the app should launch the initial page (e.g. login page).
• If the user had previously logged in, the app should log in offline (with the username and password credentials) if data is off.
