[ ] Have a universal filter function for sms's depending on modules they correspond to (pregnancy, nutrition, NBC, PNC).
This will create a single source of truth of module classification rather than the current assorted filter functions.
This will help filter which sms data to be displayed on which modules' compartments.
Having NBC and PNC as different modules will help differentiate between mothers' and newborns' in medical reports.

Close in favour of the new compartments and logface slices which are already filtered according to module (pregnancy, nutrition, nbc-pnc)
