Add @opensrp admin modules #57

Adds several required admin modules:

install opensrp-web admin module packages
Add them to routes
Redo Sidemenu to make it easier adding routes, also to work similar to opensrp-web
Adds a content wrapper component to help apply styles to opensrp admin components only
Alot of Style tweaks

Compromises:

we have antd + bootstrap = bulkier build
loader will be different in the admin modules, as well as a several styles, Tried to consolidate the more conspicuous differences

@ashfahan These were things we could have done better, but I wasn't able to resolve due to time limitations, for instance: the admin pieces use antd and this repo uses bootstrap, so merging the 2 would mean we would have both antd and bootstrap added to the build
