Add the contact container navigation panel top right

From within any contact container, the user should be able to tap on the navigation panel in the top right, and then navigate to any other page in the same or another contact container:

@rowo We are finally implementing this for this bridge grant phase of work. Can you please check out the mockups and see if there's anything we want to change in the UI before we implement? Can you do the Marvel handover as well please?

@cafootitt These were unfortunately built a long time ago so I cannot enable the handoff functionality. If it becomes an issue I can rebuilt the image or maybe just provide a handoff image for the colors.

I don't think there's anything obvious to change right now, but it would be good to see in-progress work to refine as it's developed.
