[x] If "None" is selected for the Family Planning method chosen in the PNC home visit family planning task, no start date should be required.

To replicate:

Open a PNC home visit for a woman who has not already selected a family planning method
Select "Yes" for the first question
Check any checkbox for second question
Select "None" for the third question
No start date should appear.

This is still not working. The question is not working in Kiswahili, but it is working in English.
