Add the GPS typical locations of community responders - CHW

• [x] Community responder typical locations should appear on the geowidget
• [x] GPS points will come from the community responders form (#6 )
• [x] There can be up to 7 different responders, but we will only want to display those that are not empty and have a GPS collected.
• [x] To know which responder is located where, a pop-up will appear with the responder information (#11 )
• [x] The color of this point could be similar to #ce141e (a red color to easily attract your attention ) @rowo I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the colors for this feature? Should we only use different point colors or also different icons for either each type of point (household vs. community responder vs. facility)? If so, what icon should we use?

I think icons would also be useful for easy visualization as one will be able to easily identify responders
