Fix- Must select a method to record/save when changing a FP method #54

When changing an FP method for a woman already in the FP register where {reason_stop_fp_chw} = "Decided to change method" and {pill} = "No" , all available methods are displayed (On Family planning method widget). The constraint is that the user is required to select a method from the list. If method not selected, an error message should appear and user should not be able to move to the next page.

Issue: Currently the user is able to move to the next page: i) without selecting a method ii) without an error message appearing
