[ ] Change the English HF Form to Swahili - when in Swahili Language:
- ANC Danger Signs Outcome - anc_danger_signs_outcome.json (English) - anc_danger_signs_outcome_swa.json (Swahili)
- PNC Danger Signs Outcome - pnc_danger_signs_outcome.json (English) - pnc_danger_signs_outcome_swa.json (Swahili)
- It also appears the HF were not taken into Swahili
