See updates on color choices based on Roger's suggestions https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-chw-anc/issues/424 Low = Green = #33AB33 Medium = Orange = #F0A721 High = Red = #D40A0A

[ ] Default pregnancy risk (#423)
[ ] Default pregnancy risk is updated by latest Pregnancy risk task entries from the ANC home visit (#422 )
