Remove last visit text

On the child detail view, it shows text about the last visit the child received. Remove the last visit text (first line of text) and just show "Vaccine History" (second line of text) only.

@Isabel is this issue to remove the Last Visit section from the Medical History Page?

@paulinembabu this is on the child profile view. So, you select a child from the roster or from the family module. Under the record visit button, the first option says either "last visit..." or "Vitamin A due" (or whatever is most due). Then, under in lighter grey, it says "view upcoming services" or "view medical history."

We want to only have one line of text there and it to say "View vaccine history" constantly as it always takes the user to the vaccine history view. See screenshot below.
