Bug causing vaccines to be re-recorded #1478

With the vaccines currently recorded (all up to and incl. 9 months, except Penta3), then changing date to 2 Dec and recording a visit again, it asks me to record Penta3 (which is correct) as well as Measles1 and Yellow Fever even though those have already been recorded. Similar issue happened for other children as well: when a previous vaccine had not been recorded yet and is still due (e.g. 6 weeks dose), then the user is prompted to record that vaccine and all following vaccines, independent of them already having been recorded.

@isabelcshaw I can't reproduce this issue. The listed child only has penta 3 listed
