Client reported data mismatch between CHW app and records as shown on their superset dashboard, this is a follow up issue after applying a sync failure fix currently being tested for DRC.

Data difference reported by client on device and dashboard here are findings;
Client is making a direct comparison on data indicated on CHW device and Data displayed in their PowerBI dashboard (apparently pulling from canopy DB)
Queries on CHW app for 4 indicators (# of HH, ANC, PNC, Child Clients) are factoring remove events where as queries on dashboard do not appear to factor remove events sample results here
There exist instances/scenarios where data is available on canopy DB yet client PowerBI is reporting missing data. Recommendation on this is particular indicators needs to be validated by the data analysts
