preliminary checks indicate named providers assigned to a team that is not currently attached to an active location, this is a possible issue of location mix-up. Awaiting more info from client
After deeper investigations we made changes on web as described on this issue and updated plans for the assignments under Oti-Sud,Assoliand other affected districts
Client reported the following users not being able to sync and see correct number of records. Client mentioned that;
They have a data assignment and sync problem in the district of Oti-Sud in Kpendjal.
Some villages have their data migrated in other villages
There are 5 CHW accounts in Wogou village that, after internet sync, have each all of the 500 households of Wogou (as if they were supervisors)
