CRVS: French Translations - Out of Area Registration Form

Mode of delivery in Out of area Child Registration Form does not display choices in French as highlighted in the DD.

This can be noted when :

1. Run the app and navigate to the menu
2. Change translation from English to French
3. Go to out of area birth
4. Click on update details on any child registered to get into the form.
5. Scroll down to Mode d'accouchement
6. Click on the spinner to view the error.

The mode of delivery should be in French and not in English.
