Boresha Afya Fixes: Some Female of Reproductive Age Missing Option for ANC Enrollment #2086

Some of the female HH members have no option to enrol into ANC despite being of reproductive age. An example is Janes aged 23years and in Titus family as per the screenshot below:

I've investigated the issue and see if FP already initiated then ANC Registration option will not show on menu. Therefore, go to FP method change and stop the FP first. cc: @samkanga
