We need to adjust the Children (0-23 months) up to date on immunizations indicator in the CHW Dashboard. Refer to the original issue here: https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-chw/issues/194

Guinea: Add Rota 3 and MenA vaccines to this indicator Togo, DRC, and Chad: Add Rota 3, MenA, Rubella 1, and Rubella 2 to this indicator
