Add tests to increase coverage as a result of merging of https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-core/pull/676 with a (necessary) drop in coverage tech debt i.e.

Coverage decreased (-2.9%) to 63.937%
The idea is to leverage Testing Tuesdays to address the drop
